For your beach vacation in the center of Montesilvano, we offer an apartment located in a family villa. The accommodation is suitable for families on vacation looking for relaxation. Convenient for summer stays as it is located in the city center about 5 minutes from the sea, nearby you will find all the services, offices and shops you may need. On the road that runs along the villa there are free municipal parking spaces, on the beach the private parking space is available.

Abruzzo Farmhouse with Spectacular Views

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, completely immersed in nature. A private road leads you to a country house that is perfect for a couple or small family. The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub. This is also completely private. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

A refuge in the countryside

The tent we rent is new and very spacious, 4 ml in diameter. The pole in the center allows you to stand comfortably. It has a capacity of 4/5 single or 4 single mattresses with a square and a half ( Up to 140cm each). The interior is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the property, mattress + linen for 8 euros per day The use of the kitchen is subject to a daily tax of 2 euros.
