Spread over two levels with a fully equipped private courtyard, it offers spacious, well-appointed interiors: a living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two junior suites with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito screens, and smart TV. The perfect place to relax and feel at home, surrounded by comfort and special moments to share.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

The residence is surrounded by nature, from which you can admire the beauty of the typical Abruzzo landscape, the north side of the mountains of Gran Sasso and the west side of the maritime landscape. The place offers a super relaxing and recreational atmosphere at the same time; it is in fact possible to have fun with various activities such as free walks and mountain biking. About 8 km from the sea and Atri, one of the most beautiful pre-Roman villages in Italy.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
