The apartment is located near the Uzhhorod checkpoint, 5 minutes by car on a straight road to the city center. There is free parking near the house. The apartment is bright, quiet, has air conditioning, warm floor throughout the room. Located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator. Right next to the house there is a supermarket, a coffee shop, a dental clinic, etc. There is a playground in the courtyard of the house.
