Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

La nostra casa è un appartamento signorile di 70 mq di recente costruzione, luminoso e curato nei minimi dettagli e sito al primo piano in un condominio di pregio molto tranquillo in zona non trafficata e non rumorosa con ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva comodamente al centro del paese ed a tutti i servizi senza dover utilizzare la macchina.

La casa è situata in zona centralissima, a meno di 50 metri dalla piazza dove si svolgono i principali spettacoli estivi e ad un minuto a piedi dalla via dello “struscio serale" (Via del Mare), ma al tempo stesso la zona notte è molto riservata, ed è stata interamente ristrutturata nella primavera 2020.
