The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! We fell in love with the place. It’s very close to the beach and to all the things you might need - supermarket, delicious pizzeria and small shops. Amazing hospitality, quick responses and overall everything was as it’s described. Hopefully we will come back one day!

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 steps in the historic center of Umbertide, easy to find parking in the surrounding streets. It is on the top floor of a historic building and encloses many small details that make it fascinating. Sabrina is a host who will respond quickly to any questions.

Nice studio in a beautiful wine estate, ideally located for visiting Florence. Bedding is good and the renovated bathroom is nice. The only drawback is the location of the studio with direct view on all the pathways of the estate (bedroom window directly on the restaurant terrace).

Elena reacted super quick to all our questions, the accommodation was nice and tidy, the kitchen well equiped.

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We only stayed one night so I don't have a long experience. There was no problem, the host was super helpful and responsive and the beautiful house immersed in the countryside.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

Place was very neat and tidy and had a good view of neighbouring vineyards. Easy check in and good communication. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

A stone's throw from beautiful Siena, nice and spacious villa ground floor. Great spaces, beautiful bathrooms. Great general equipment (wine cellar!) but no cups or mugs. No oil or condiments ( salt). Very unfortunate especially in view of the general service. on the other hand coffee capsules in sufficient number. Almost perfect then!

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess who is always available. The place is totally beautifully located, walking distance to the sea and yet quiet. However, car is helpful just to explore the great surroundings. Unfortunately, the beds are a little too short for people from 1.90 m. Otherwise, the amenities were simple , functional and clean. We liked it.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Finding yourself in a "home," not in an environment made to be rented. And a house always has a soul, like its owner Leandro who welcomed us and also accompanied us in the history of this house. What can I say, this is the Airbnb we like. Strategic location in an area where you'll be spoiled for choice on what to visit.

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Place was beyond beautiful. House was perfectly well maintained and Bianca was a very warm and responsive host. Amenities were great. One cannot regret choosing this property. It was genuinely a very good deal.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the enchanting historical town of Montepulciano. The apartment is so central, with many great restaurants and shops. Very clean and very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved our time in Montepulciano, thank you!
