Great host, great place, great vibes. Felt like this should be my holiday home. Loved the location as everything is just half hr away. Definitely stay here if you are looking for a chill place to just sit back and relax when coming back from the parties.

she was a great host , very warm and welcoming, she would go and extra mile to make the stay comfortable. the space is well maintained and same as the description.

The apartment offers good value for the price you pay and is conveniently located near Baga Beach. While the property is slightly old, it is well-maintained, and the linens are clean. However, the only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, which could be improved.

Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

Amazing property, and a very very good host. Had a maid who came every morning and cleaned the rooms. The host answered all my calls and messages immediately.

The stay was amazing. I stayed for 1 month at this property but I didn't feel that I was away from my home. Everything basic things you need at your home is available at this stay. Also Gaurav is responsive if anything is not working he will make it repair or replace ASAP which I like about him. Clealiness, best minimalistic furniture, gated society everything top notch. I would higly recommend and will surely visit again whenever I will go.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Jay's place was well maintained and really cozy. The location is very good, but the small details and instructions that he left in for us were really sweet.

Our stay at Element in Morjim was absolutely amazing! The space was huge, with five balconies, beautifully designed interiors, and stunning murtis that added a peaceful and spiritual touch. The vibe was a perfect mix of boho and aesthetic, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The attention to decor was next level—every corner felt thoughtfully put together. The atmosphere was calm, cozy, and very serene, truly inspired by nature’s elements. The only minor issue was the mosquitoes, but we had a heads-up about that and managed fine. A special mention to Rahul, the host—he was really kind and accommodating, making sure we had a great stay. Overall, an incredible place for those who love spacious, aesthetic, and soulful stays in Goa. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Nimish’s place was wonderful and relaxing. The property is as shown in photos and as described ,with all functional amenities and most importantly a private parking. The host has put in a lot of effort to make this property perfect. It is clean, well maintained and most important-all rooms are air-conditioned. Loved the place , will definitely come back here and recommend to others.

Amazing stay , felt very warm and homely . The complex stands in a very safe and accessible location and can even be found by non locals without the help of Maps . Zarir maintains the place really well , i always had this idea that AirBnB(s) are never as good as pictures until i checked out this one . Zarir is one great host , always on the clock to help and a really sweet dude .

We had a really great stay here. The house is in a peaceful part of Old Goa, just a short walk from the Basilica of Bom Jesus and close to other historic sites. It’s also just a short ride to catch the ferry to Diwar Island, which was a nice bonus. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to good Wi-Fi (which came in handy for work). There are some good local restaurants nearby, and a grocery store not too far if you want to stock up. We also appreciated the carrom board—it was a fun way to relax in the evenings. The host gave some good local recommendations which helped making our stay better. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and we'd definitely come back.
