Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Nestled in the South Downs national park is our gorgeous shepherds hut. Outstanding views of levin down nature reserve. Come and stay with us, relax, chill and unwind. A small walk up our family garden takes you to your private area with gated garden and shepherd's hut. We offer a welcome hamper when you stay. We have plenty of gorgeous walks, two great pubs in walking distance and the Goodwood estate is only five minutes away.

Pitlands Barns

Pitlands Barns is divided into three separate units, The Granary, the Stables and the Cart Shed. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend time together, the Granary is the most spacious, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people for dining and socialising in the large entrance hall and first floor open plan area with a viewing gallery. The Cart Shed also has a very spacious living area and kitchen. The Stables is the smallest of the three but still offers ample space for 4.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Bridge House

A newly renovated, 18th Century Grade II listed 3-bed home in the charming village of Singleton in the South Downs, close to Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit. The accommodation offers a versatile space for everyone to enjoy, with plenty of original charm and character, arranged over two storeys. Glamping shepherds hut South Downs

Welcome to our shepherds hut, for a touch of glamping in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. A cosy retreat with scenic views across the Downs, beautiful sunsets, starry skies and passing wildlife. There is a toilet and shower facility. A kettle, mini fridge and teas, coffees, milk, cereals are included in the hut. An electric heater keeps it nice an cosy.

Wonderful walks from the front door. Great village pubs nearby. Suits one or two families with 2x double bedrooms, 2x twin and 3 bathrooms. Perfect for family holidays, or Goodwood events such as racing, the Festival of Speed or the Revival. Go to Chichester Festival theatre or Pallant Gallery for some culture !

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

Cosy 2-storey South Downs cottage Slindon, Arundel

We look forward to welcoming you to The Cottage, an annex of an 18th century house that we are renovating in the beautiful village of Slindon. We have plenty of off street parking and space to sleep up to 3 adults over 2 floors, coupled with an ever maturing garden. We are blessed to be only 15 minutes from the coast, close to the likes of the Goodwood estate and of course Arundel itself. Slindon is renowned for it quaint old cottages and endless walks.

The Potager at Titty Hill Farm, South Downs

Unwind in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The Potager is one of two luxury cedar cabins (see also The Coop at Titty Hill Farm) set within the potager garden beside the main house and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
