Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

Everything was ok with the accomodation and the communication we had with Piero. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. House is spacious and the kids can run around in the garden. Weather was not ideal, but that's nobody's fault - we did the best we could and enjoy the Sardinian island. It is true that the season is a bot off starting with mid october so not too much buzz around. We recommend also to go around and visit Bosa, Alghero, Cala Gonone, Posada (in the near by). We did not like Dorgali that much.

Beautiful view with private beach access to a small bay. Very spacious apartment and very well maintained garden. We also greatly appreciated the dishwasher. Sandra and Antonello were very friendly and helpful and easily accessible for questions.

Wonderful villa, a real oasis of peace in close contact with nature, ideal for relaxing as a couple or with friends. Very comfortable and high-quality beds and sheets. The house is equipped with every comfort, including a washer and dryer. Pool and surrounding area are the real strong point, the outdoor space is really very spacious and well cared for. Convenient location to easily reach the airport, supermarkets and neighboring villages, in a quiet and uncrowded area. Luigi is a very helpful and kind landlord, easily available for any need. Simply perfect! We'll definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay at Stefania’s apartment which is in an idyllic setting overlooking the coast, islands and Tyrrhenian Sea. The property was easy to find with the clear instructions provided, and Stefania’s communication was always proactive, helpful and professional. The immediate resort is very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful natural countryside, and the immediate coves and beaches. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach and the location is great for exploring the NE of Sardinia more broadly. The home itself is very comfortable, was well prepared, and we made good use of the outside space for eating and enjoying the views. We had a few questions to discuss and Stefania was always quick to respond, as well as being naturally proactive in offering suggestions and helpful advice. We would definitely return to this property and can recommend Stefania and her husband as excellent hosts.

We had a great stay here. Although one of the beds was really too short (only approx. 180 cm long) the mattress was fine so we slept well. The area is very nice and calm, there is a nice view from the terrace and the distance to the port with many restaurants was easily walkable. The only thing that really disruptes our stay was the amount of wasps. Although we used the replent candles we coudln’t sometimes get rid of them so we could not enjoy outside eating as we planned. However, all in all I can recommend this place.

Beautiful place, magical garden, great balconies and terraces, so that every moment of the day you can find a comfortable spot to hang. Really helpful and kind hosts. Just a short drive to a handful of amazing beaches, and a big grocery store relatively close. Definitely recommend!

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

The house is big and well furnished. You can find everything you need for your stay. It is a pitty that there is no garden and you see just scrubby bilding from the terrace. But you can reach the beach by foot and restaurants in Posada as well. The car can be parked directly on front of the house. We spent very nice vacation here. Thanks.

A lovely villa with beautiful views and very convenient for all the activities available in the area. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house and kept beautifully clean. WiFi worked well and pool table a bonus. The swimming pool was very cold which discouraged some swimmers and the villa is close to the Dorgali/Oliena road. Salvatore and Adriana were very helpful and welcoming and kindly provided some local produce. This is a lovely area to visit especially if you like a variety of outdoor activities.

Very Helpful host - beautiful villa and beautiful surroundings

Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

This house is a gem. Great location. Capriccilo is beautiful and the house is within a 2 minute walk of several beaches. The house itself is so comfortable and we had everything we needed there for cooking and relaxing. The garden is also lovely, and great to hang out in between going to the beach. Ignazia was a brilliant host, extremely accommodating, and really responsive to any questions we had. I'd highly recommend.

The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and very complete, it has all the comforts to make a perfect stay. However, what we liked most was the view from the patio, it is priceless to get up and have that view of the gulf or see it at sunset. The house is located in a very quiet area, and while it shares the land with a neighbor right next door, we didn't hear any noise so our stay was genius. An important issue to take into account is that the road to the house has approximately 5 blocks of land that is not in very good condition, I recommend going slowly because it has some wells that are complicated and more if it rains. Except for this, the accommodation is perfect, especially for summer. In addition, I highlight the attention of Bruna, who answered all our concerns and gave us tips for shopping or eating in the vicinity of the place. Without a doubt, a very nice experience that we would love to repeat.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Bouganville. The location is perfect and very convenient, and the views are beautiful. The highlight has to be the pool, which is lovely to lounge in during the afternoon when the sun has warmed it nicely. There are is a small shop and cafe within walking distance, but a car is a real must if you are staying here. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Martina and her team are also very proactive and organised, including communicating the rather particular waste disposal rules in the area. I would very much recommend a visit.

The villa is delicious! In a quiet location and perfect for touring Arbatax and the surrounding area. Equipped with every comfort and everything you need for a relaxing stay. With attention to detail, the garden is the veranda is a real gem! Antonio was very kind and gave us a beautiful welcome and useful tips so that our weekend worked perfectly! We'll definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful week at Silvia's house. The house is super quiet, very well equipped and Silvia was always immediately available as a host, sent us great excursion tips for the area and recommendations for restaurants. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Catia's place is absolutely incredible. From the views, to the grounds, to the artistic furnishings, it was such a pleasure to stay there. The beds are super comfortable, the pool is amazing, the hammocks are in the perfect shade... I can't recommend it highly enough! Catia is super responsive and lovely. You have total privacy at the villa. Definitely necessary to have a car!

My two friends and I really enjoyed our time at Luca‘s house! The house is located in a very rural, calm area, but at the same time only 5-7 minutes away from the city center of Orosei. So we had our calm space and privacy, while also having nearby opportunities to go to a supermarket or have breakfast/ dinner. Everything we needed was available and Luca was easy to reach any time, and was super friendly! The view from the terrace was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting there on the terrace. We especially enjoyed the company by Luca‘s dog Orsa, and some cats walking around the area as well :) We would definitely come again!

Pina is a warm, open and communicative person who responded immediately and was there to help and advise us. We felt welcome from the first moment, not least when she personally welcomed us with a delicious dessert. The house is a dream, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation. Her husband was at the house a few times to clean the pool, but this was inconspicuous every time so it couldn't bother us, although this wasn't the case anyway. Thanks Pina

Very good place we stayed 11 days the villa was impeccable and the hosts were easy to reach and kind. If you want to visit all of my Sardinia we recommend that you rent a car so that you can get around.

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. Since the house was not occupied afterwards and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I would definitely recommend Mark's house.
