All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Our charming guesthouse has everything you need for a relax stay. Located on the countryside, surrounded by grassland and green. Explore the area with the bikes which are included! You can reach the sea and beach of Callantsoog in less than 10 min (car). Small town 't Zand with supermarket, bakery and restaurant is only 5 min. away. Visit Schagen with bars and restaurants, shopping and different kind of events in 10 minutes. Cheese-city Alkmaar is only 30 minutes away, and Amsterdam 1 hour.

The Cabin of Greenland

A lovely private place with its own garden to completely unwind. The Cabin of Greenland is a modern wooden house. Built in 2020 and located on our family property with monumental barn from 1640. From your own garden or through the large windows you can see the sun rise, you have a view of the bulb fields, old North Holland mills and around you you experience the lively nature. You are surrounded by greenery and the cheerful presence of various animals that sometimes come by for a while.

Large child-friendly family house for 12 people

This beautiful vacation home is located in a historic building from 1600. The unique decor and old details emphasize the authentic atmosphere. The house has 3 bedrooms, of which 1 bedroom for 8 people is entirely in the style of a ship's cabin. The experience of sleeping on a ship makes this accommodation extra fun for young and old. Next to the house are canoes for the private use of the guests. There is also a trampoline, swing and a playhouse for the kids on the premises!

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Herdershut 'Het Schoehuis', vlakbij het strand

A shepherd's hut that has it all. In a beautiful place on the edge of a farmyard. Silence, comfort, a cozy place near the sea. The caravan has a large balcony and a private garden with a unique panoramic view over the agricultural countryside of the Zijper polder, with the dunes of Schoorl and Petten on the horizon. The patio heater on the balcony, firewood is provided, can be used to end the day in a romantic and cosy way.
