The bungalow with a 70s decor is on the outskirts of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80), and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The blooming tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The parking lot is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot, there are luggage carts to transport your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good cycling and hiking area. The Schoorlse dunes are 10 kilometers to the south and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the north. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog is the special Zwanenwater with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug, there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 p.m. In Sint Maartenszee, there is a laundromat if needed. Every Monday morning, there is a cozy flea market in the parking lot at playground De Goudvis. In the summer months, there is always a flea market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

For cold days, there is a cosy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The enclosed garden also makes it ideal for dogs and children.

A short distance away is the North Sea beach. There are also plenty of recreational opportunities such as, the Land van Fluwel (opposite the park), an indoor swimming pool (for a fee), miniature golf and Speelpark de Goudvis. A supermarket is within walking distance. Close to cozy cities such as Alkmaar (19 km) and Schagen (12 km).

On just a stone’s throw from the beach, you will find this wonderful apartment. You can walk to the beach in about 8 minutes via paths through the dunes. Nice cities like Alkmaar and Schagen are shortby. The beautiful biking paths of the dunes of Schoorl and Bergen are reachable by bike. We moved into this new home in the spring of 2025, and opened the Airbnb in June 2025. There are plenty of towels and bed linnen for you to use.

Our vacation home "2te Heimat" is the largest in the park "de Watersnip". It is located in the coastal town of Petten near the beach and is embedded in the typical Dutch landscape. A small shell path leads to our special retreat, which offers some amenities. The park in which our house is located also has many leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available for our guests. In a quiet bungalow park within walking distance of the dunes, a swimming pool, several adventure parks and nature reserves, you will find this recently completely renovated house.
