Totally new apartment (built 2018) 55 square meters in a two floor villa. Based on the first level just few steps from the garden. Includes a roomy bedroom with a double bed, storage, AC and mountain view. A spacey bathroom with washing machine. A great living room with TV and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer also. Living room sleeps 2 person in a sofa which converts to a double bed. Living room has great sea view and a veranda to the green garden and the BBQ area.

Athina’s house is a very cozy place near Nikiti Beach. It is a maisonette.The distance from beach is about 5 minutes by foot and more especially 200m.The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 67 km from the accommodation. Super markets, restaurants and all you need is very close from the house.Athina’s house is in an excellent location near the beach and also very quiet, ideal for vacation.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games.
