The apartment is located in the center of the village . It is on the second floor on the front side of the building . It has full equipped kitchen, there is free WIFI, a TV and an air conditioner (AC) free of charge. Housecleaning services are also included (free of charge every 3 days). Our business follows all necessary rules and precautions,in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which are regulated by the Ministry of Tourism.So this business has acquired the "Health First" certification.

Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνο, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ) επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi. Βρίσκεται 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την κοντινότερη παραλία, 10 λεπτά απο το χωριό Κρυοπηγη και 80Km απο το αεροδρόμιο της Θεσσαλονίκης.

You will stay in a cozy apartment, just 150m. away from the beach. It is located in quiet small district and it is recently renovated. You will have 2 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment comes with a private parking spot that you can freely use during your stay. I will be happy to give you tips about Fourka, nice taverns, beaches and other things you can do in Chalkidiki. Feel free to ask me :)

Each room has its own balcony with incredible view of the sea and the forest. The beach is 10m from the house, 1 min waliking. In front of the house there is a big garden for the children to play. The architecture of the house is traditional island style.
