Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

The garden is teeming with butterflies, criss-crossed by paths and featuring a fire pit – plus a trampoline that can accommodate both children and adults (currently packed away). Within walking distance to the beach on both sides of Gniben and only 5 minutes by car to Havnebyen where there are restaurants and Zealand's best fish shop. All in all, a place to settle down. Perfect for a couple or family.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
