The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

In the cottage, there is salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spa nearby. 15 min by car to Sjöbo.
