In the summer, the mountain offers great hiking and biking opportunities, swimming in Ljøsvatnet and fishing (fishing license). A perfect year-round place for active families.

Ski in/out (450 meters on the road) to the slope in Natrudstilen alpine resort to the delight of the whole family. Ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. At Natrudstilen you will also find a year-round, asphalted illuminated cross-country ski trail. In summer there are great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike in the mountains. Short distance to the Sunday open grocery store.

From this new, modern and cosy cabin, you have easy access to everything Sjusjøen has to offer, whether you come for cross-country skiing, hiking, relaxation or socialising. The cabin is modern, spacious and tastefully decorated, with large windows and space for up to 10 people. After an active day out, you can gather in the living room in front of the fireplace or enjoy the open-air jacuzzi. Cross-country ski trails are right outside the door, and hiking trails are available all year round. The perfect place for a mountain getaway without sacrificing comfort.

The cabin is called Vesla. It is centrally located on Sjusjøen.

Cozy cabin perfectly located in a winter/summer area. You can sit on the porch to watch the cross-country stadium, to go straight out into the Birkebeiner track or out on great hiking trails. Short distance to Kiwi, sports shop, pub and restaurant. There is a safe and nice walking path right from the cabin. Otherwise, there are many activities that take place during the year. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer/dishwasher. The bathroom contains a combined washing machine/dryer. Gas grill and wood burning stove are available. Apple TV and fiber.

The cabin is spacious, bright & airy with high ceilings, large windows & a 50 m2 terrace. Vidsyn is located in a remote location in Birkebeinerbakken. It is built on a slope, at the end of a dead end road & towards an open area. You can sled or strap on your cross-country skis at the cabin, & for alpine skiing you drive to Sjusjøen or Hafjell alpine center in only 10 & 30 min respectively.

There is no inlet water, but it is well-suited for those who want to take a little shower after a ski trip. In the bathroom there is also an infrared sauna that is quick to warm up.
