Self check-in and checkout. The kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, cups and cutlery. The apartment is on the lower floor of our house and some noise from the family is to be expected. By agreement, we may use the washing machine in your bathroom when you are out in the city. In addition, you have the apartment to yourselves.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Beautiful newly renovated holiday apartment located in the basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.

A studio apartment (45 M2) with kitchenette and private bathroom on the 1st floor in an older house in scenic surroundings. 10 km to Aarhus C, 3 km to E45 and 2.5 km to a supermarket. The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø. Car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the centre at the door as well as a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is a carport for a van. Here is peace and quiet!
