60 sqm cottage with its own beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowing boat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.
