There is a living room, a small kitchenette, a bedroom with TV and workplace, a large toilet with shower and sauna that can be used for an extra cost of €10 (SEK 120) per occasion and garage with multi-gym. Barnvänligt med studsmatta, lekstuga, gungor. Vi bor 2 min från Häggvik pendeltågsstation med direkttåg till Arlanda, Mall of Scandinavia, Strawberry Arena & Stockholm City. Gångavstånd till flera matbutiker, restauranger & apotek. 10 min promenad till Järvafältets naturreservat & en visningsgård med får, grisar, kor, getter, höns & hästar

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Welcome to our cozy and peaceful house where the whole family can relax. The house, which is only 15 minutes from central Stockholm and 5 minutes from Täby C, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and two dedicated work spaces. Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Fiber broadband 500/500, and charging station for the car.
