The house is 61 m2 but well furnished with double beds in two of the rooms, as well as a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room in one. The Songwriter's House in Lønstrup - close to town and sea

Welcome to my lovely, quiet and cozy house. You can use the place both as a vacation home or, as I do to a great extent, as a place of work when I write songs and make music. The house is located in a very peaceful area on a 1200 m2 plot within walking distance to town and sea. The distance to both Lønstrup town and the beach is about 600 m. I have owned the house since 2007, and the house has been continuously renovated. Most recently with a new bathroom and new terraces.
