All to itself, at the far end of our plot, lies our little cottage in a forest glade. It's calm and quiet here. Just nature and at bathing suit distance there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Beautiful lake view with south-facing terrace. The house is located about 2 km from the nearest bus stop. The bus trip from Stockholm takes about 50 minutes, going by car takes about 40 minutes. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

The area is filled with hiking trails that wind through the forest and just a stone's throw away you will find a beautiful lake – perfect for a cooling dip. A little further away is the sea. In the front of the house there is a small terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The accommodation is newly built and equipped with all modern standards to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Ta en paus och koppla av i denna fridfulla oas. Vi hyr ut vår stuga, vackert belägen på en höjd med en fantastisk utsikt över traktens skogar och magiska solnedgångar. Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.

Welcome to Ploglandsvägen 3 near Eknäs, about 8 minutes by car from Brunn which is the central village on the island. The property is 60 + 10 sqm, main building and guest house (guest house available during may to september). Road all the way to the house. Bus stop with direct bus to Stockholm City 2 min away, the journey takes about 50 min. The house have year-round standard and consists of three rooms, of which two bedrooms with a total of four beds. Additional two beds in the guesthouse.
