The house is surrounded by 165 m2 raised terrace, and is located 30 meters from Mossø in the 2nd row, where you hear the waves crashing against the shore. From the terrace you can often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, sparrows and other small birds. There is a common lake bed directly to Mossø of 1500m2 and with 50 metres of sandy waterfront. Here you can put your small boat, canoe, kayak, etc. and the fishing opportunities are really good.

The cottage has an original kitchen, bathroom and large bright living room overlooking Julsø and Himmelbjerget. 2 bedrooms with double beds. In the basement there are also 4 sleeping pads for those who are not afraid of spiders and basement smells. Own bridge to Julsø. Access to two kayaks and a rowboat. So cottages with older comfort and limited insulation. Don't expect modern standards, but fantastic views and firewood in the shed.
