Konstadtunet – lakeside cottage on Ånøya

This is a cottage complex comprising a newly renovated, winter-insulated cottage sleeping 5, a 'sleeping cottage' sleeping 5, and a main cottage with a large dining area, kitchen and living room. All the cottages in the complex are rented as a package. Hyttetunet is part of the Konstad Nordre/Konstadtunet farm and is located right by the Ånøya waterway, close to the E6 Melhus (12 km) and Trondheim (30 km). Hire a rowing boat on Ånøya and enjoy the opportunities for fishing and swimming in the summer, and for ice fishing, ice skating or long-distance skating in the winter.

Welcome to a completely renovated home in quiet Buvika. Short distance to the beach, public transport and E39. Only 25 minutes by bus to Trondheim city center. Five minutes by car to the center of Buvik with grocery stores, Vinmonopolet, cafe, restaurant and gas station. The bus stop (line 410) is a 3-minute walk away, and line 310 with frequent departures and commuter parking can be reached in 5 minutes by car (about a 20-minute walk). The place is completely pet-free. It may be possible to arrange one extra bed if needed – please contact us before booking.

Enjoy scenic surroundings in our authentic granary. Suitable for couples as well as families. The granary is located in the forest border on the farmyard and has its own patio. You are free to make use of the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the woods, swim in the beach area and fish from the jetty. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise you can meet both cats, foxes and deer.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Enjoy the days with proximity to animals and nature, or seek out the forest, lake or mountain for freer nature. Here you have everything! The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, but several mattresses and cots can be added. Wheelchair friendly. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, the bathroom has a washing machine, underfloor heating in all rooms, central heating and parking. Playground with sandbox and climbing frame. Possibility of close contact with animals.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The cabin is located in a small forest grove on Viggja. With a nice view of the fjord. With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Central main section in a detached house with a simple standard. There are three bedrooms, one sleeping alcove, one bathroom with a toilet and shower, and an additional toilet. Three of the rooms have double beds (180 cm, 120 cm, 120 cm), and one bedroom has a single bed. There is parking for four cars, as well as one electric car charger available. This is our home, so you should expect to find personal belongings around. Our cat lives here permanently. We expect you as tenants to treat her well.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea or try your luck at fishing right outside the door. Enjoy the view and see the boats on their way to the mill that pass right by. Carport right outside the door with electric car charger. There are 6 beds for adults and 1 baby bed/cot. There is also a high chair here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 beautiful terraces. Sun from the time it rises until it sets.

Welcome to our home, a modern house that combines style, comfort and tranquillity. The house was built in 2017 and has waterborne heating in all floors, a gas fireplace and a wood-burning stove. With five bedrooms and two living rooms – one of which is a dedicated cinema room – this house is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. In addition, there is a detached annex with a combined living room and office that can easily be used as a bedroom, complete with its own toilet.

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
