Enjoy scenic surroundings in our authentic granary. Suitable for couples as well as families. The granary is located in the forest border on the farmyard and has its own patio. You are free to make use of the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the woods, swim in the beach area and fish from the jetty. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise you can meet both cats, foxes and deer.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, but several mattresses and cots can be added. Wheelchair friendly. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, the bathroom has a washing machine, underfloor heating in all rooms, central heating and parking. Playground with sandbox and climbing frame. Possibility of close contact with animals.

Walk to the lake takes 5 min. 5 minutes to walk to Coop extra, kiwi, Boots pharmacy, Korn, hairdresser and gas station. Many nice hiking opportunities nearby. Øyberget, hike along Vigda (nice to cycle), ski cabin up on Buvikåsen and Øysand camping 3 min by car. Short drive to City South, Orkanger, Trondheim and Melhus

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The cabin is located in a small forest grove on Viggja. With a nice view of the fjord. With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Corner terraced house, 5 m from the lake.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea or try your luck at fishing right outside the door. Enjoy the view and see the boats on their way to the mill that pass right by. Carport right outside the door with electric car charger. There are 6 beds for adults and 1 baby bed/cot. There is also a high chair here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 beautiful terraces. Sun from the time it rises until it sets.

Blåskjellet - Cozy cottage right by the lake

Blåskjellet is a small and cozy cottage located next to the main house, about 50 meters from the lake. The cabin is brightly decorated in light blue tones and decorated with maritime details such as shells and an old life buoy. Here you have the cabin to yourself. Bathrooms are located in the main house, which is reached via a short walk outdoors, and there are two shared bathrooms available.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Det private badet er inspirert av marokkansk stil med fargerike fliser. Egen terrasse med fantastisk sjøutsikt og vakre solnedganger. Rommet er også tilrettelagt for bevegelseshemmede.

Family-friendly house for rent. The house has a laundry room, hallway with toilet, 1 master bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Living room and kitchen upstairs, 3 bedrooms on the lower floor, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, workplace and TV room. Centrally located in Buvika with good bus connections.
