Welcome to a cosy and simple cabin by the sea on Øysand. Enjoy sea views, birdsong, long days on the long, shallow sandy beach and quiet evenings by the fire pit. The cabin is located by the Gaulosen nature reserve, only 20 minutes from Trondheim. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Øysand Camping with a kiosk, café and activities is within walking distance. A grocery store and fast charging for electric cars are located about 10 minutes away. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

The unique home offers outstanding panoramic views of the sea and outdoor swimming pool (May - October) With 6 bedrooms that accommodate up to 12 guests, and 5 bathrooms made with the same marble as on the venerable Britannia, you are invited to enjoy relaxing days by the pool and romantic evenings in front of the fireplace. The villa is the result of the collaboration between Badedesign and interior architect Alex Ark.

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

When the evening comes, you can crawl up in front of the fireplace, hear the wood crackle and feel your shoulders sink. The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interiors and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Cabins by Trondheimsfjorden

Enjoy scenic surroundings by the water's edge. The cabins are shielded from view and have their own outdoor space. You are free to use the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the forest, swim in the beach area and fish from the pier. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise, you can meet cats, foxes and deer.

Welcome to our apartment in Skaun! Enjoy the beautiful views over Laugen from this comfortable accommodation. Suitable for 4 people, the apartment has a cozy bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The functional bathroom and open kitchen offer convenience and comfort. It is only a 40-minute drive to Trondheim, so you can enjoy the tranquility of Skaun and at the same time have easy access to the city. Parking is available.

Kun 5 minutter gange til bussholdeplass, og ca 20 minutter kjøring til Trondheim sentrum og Orkanger. 5 minutter gange til bl.a. dagligvarebutikker, apotek, serveringsstedene ‘Korn hage og spiseri’ og ‘Be Happy’, bensinstajson og Vinmonopol. Nærhet til flotte turmuligheter ved både vann og i skog

Idyllic restored timber house on pasture is rented out. There are goats on the pasture and all the way to the cabin during the summer season. Located near the pilgrim's trail and hiking opportunities with a starting point directly from the cabin or a short drive to get to Skaunakjølen. Also a starting point for picking berries and small game hunting, or just to find peace.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
