A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Peaceful Stenrike near the sea and the forest!

This time of year, you can enjoy sitting on the sofa in front of the stove, after a walk/ski trip in the woods to a mountain peak with a view or a walk along a cosy winding forest road (reflectors are required). Another walk of 2-3 km, is after the river walk to the centre. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants and Byske Värdshus, a second-hand and curiosity shop! A bathhouse is also possible to visit. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, in the middle of pine forest with a little sea view!

South facing patio with ability to grill and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cabin as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes drive from the cabin. 25 minute drive from Skellefteå Central. Bed linen and towels are provided by the guest. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the cottage before departure.

Walking distance to railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Car distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoors) about 20-25 minutes. A tip is to visit the wilderness centre in Svansele! Internet is available via fibre.
