Spacious apartment in Skiathos town with balcony. Ideal for a small family or two couples. The apartment has a living area and dining/kitchen area with washing machine.The living area has a corner sofa bed which converts into a double bed. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom on the second floor with a double bed. The apartment is situated close to the ring road on a quiet residential street. It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop and supermarket and 5 minute walk to the centre of town.

Πρόκειται για ένα ιδιωτικό διαμέρισμα 50 τ.μ. μέρος του 'Rania Residence' το οποίο αριθμεί συνολικά 46 χρόνια λειτουργίας στον τομέα ενοικίασης καταλυμάτων. Ανακαινίστηκε τον τελευταίο χρόνο με μεράκι και αγάπη! Απέχει μόλις 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του νησιού και 4 χιλ. από την πιο κοντινή παραλία. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια 4 ατόμων αλλά και για νέα ζευγάρια, καθώς προσφέρει ρομαντική ατμόσφαιρα και άνεση!

Newly constructed building 2022. The apartment is semi-basement with opening windows in all areas, separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located on the island's ring road at stop no. 3, opposite the Sklavenitis supermarket. It is 450m from Papadiamantis Street, 900m from the port, 2.7km from the airport, 100m from the Health Center and 900m from the nearest beach. On the ground floor of the building there is a cafe snack bar. Spacious, cool apartment with free parking.

Giasemi house with sea view

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The 2 floors have been reformed to a functional 70 m2 apartment with a private entrance and a big veranda. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Skopelos in the best way.
