Welcome to our modern oasis! Experience luxury in our newly-built studio apartment, boasting a beautiful Valentino-tiled bathroom with dual showers, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail. The ambiance is enhanced by solid timber floors and a cozy fireplace in winter months. Indulge in relaxation on your private back deck, complete with a luxurious standalone bath. Meanwhile, the front deck offers serene garden views onto the Arrowtown reserve, with the tranquil river as your backdrop.

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.
