Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Welcome to our modern apartment in Lindvallen Hills that has everything you need. The apartment is close to nature with a view of Lindvallen ski slopes. The apartment is 71 sqm with three bedrooms and an open plan living room and kitchen. After a full day on the slopes there is both a wood-burning stove and a sauna to warm up with. Wifi is included and the entire apartment has underfloor heating. In winter there is a conveyor lift under the roof to Söderåstorget. In the summer there is a swimming pool right by the apartment and the stag at the end of the street.

The area is about 200m from the newly built lift Söderåsen Express and a pleasant walking distance to Experium with its facilities such as spa and adventure bath. Our home is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm, bunk bed (120/80 cm) and a sofa bed (153 cm), bathroom with washing machine and sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Drying cabinet & washing machine is available.

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Our house is closest to the square. At Söderåstorget, SkiStar has installed a new 6 chair seat lift (with wind protection and heat in the seat) that starts across the road from us. Such a short walk to the lift. Home one slides easily! Experium with its activities, MTB centre, Cross Country Arena, etc. are also within walking distance
