In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and sauna in one. Ski storage with good storage and ski boot heaters. Panorama view, Sauna, Wood-burning stove, Fiber, etc. The house (semi-detached house) is located between slopes 35-36 (Hasse & Tomas) at the top of the system, above Sälfjällstorget, where you will find hotel Bugelhof, Kaiser's ski shed, Victor's, Pinchos, Harrys etc. The hall is equipped with ski boot dryer for 10 couples, heat & air. Large and sunny terrace that goes around the house, with striking views and 10-15 meters from the hill 35 (Hasse) and the bike trail. Ski storage and 2 parking spaces.

Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our house in Södra Fjällvyn, a scenic area near Sälen-Lindvallen's ski resort. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

In the public parking lot outside the apartments, there are 20 charging stations (MER) for electric cars.

The old man's cross-country ski trail is only a short walking distance from the cottage (2, 5, 7, 10km loop).
