The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in forests and swimming in the sea. The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. A place to stay where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and the nice view. Good sea system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can fire the stove inside or light a fire at the barbecue area, which is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the greatest nature experience, you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the lush canals just around the corner. 10 minutes from the shopping center.

Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

The cabin is bright and modern with great standard, all on one flat. Windows from ceiling to floor that can be opened for really "outside feeling". Several patios around the cabin. Proximity to beach and swimming jetty. Short distance to Brevik'en marina with dining. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city center, to Gamlebyen in Fredrikstad and Halden and 25 minutes to Strømstad.

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
