Welcome to the Bellahuset - a charming house from 1914 with good atmosphere. The house is located in a peaceful street in the center of Ulsteinvik. Within walking distance of everything the town centre has to offer, including restaurants, a shopping centre, a water park, a climbing wall, a library and a cinema. Only a 2-minute walk to the petrol station via the shortcut/stairs on the downhill side of the house. In the garden, there is a terrace with a dining table for outdoor meals. On the main floor you will find a large, bright living room with kitchen and direct exit to an undisturbed and sunny terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom/living room and laundry room/bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 large attic rooms with associated bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Master bedroom with double bed with nice view. Possibility for up to 7 guests where two of them sleep on a flat bed.
