The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a building that is still waiting for renovation - but the apartment itself is completely newly renovated and modernly equipped.

It is located on the 4th floor without a lift, overlooking the Ostrava Town Hall. 100 m from the Křižíkova tram stop. Great accessibility throughout Ostrava, close to the "HLAVNÍ NÁDRAŽÍ" (main railway station). There is a well-stocked convenience store in the building where you can buy groceries. Nearby is the beautiful Komenského sady park and the Ostravice river, with plenty of activities.
