Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Just 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, an 8 block walk to Highland Square with its shops & restaurants and 11 blocks to the Tennyson Street Collection - and Lower Highlands (LoHi) is not much further. About 1 1/2 miles from Union Station, Larimer Square, 16th St. Mall, Coors Field, Broncos Stadium, Elitch Gardens, Ball Arena, and other downtown attractions.

Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
