The apartment is located in a peaceful area of the city, offering amazing views of Maribor. The center of the city is 5 minutes away by car and 10-15 minutes by foot. It can accommodate 3-4 people, with its grand master bedroom with a king-size bed and one extra single bed in the separate room. It has contemporary furnishings, with a few designer pieces for a modern feel. Benefit from a balcony, a beautiful green private garden, smarthome amenities and on-site parking for a pleasant stay.

Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

This is "moderen tent" or "cute little nest with a view". You will love the terrace and the location. Our place is only 200 meters from Tartini Square. Piran is so charming, but not suitable for spoiled people. You will get fit during your holidays (44 steps to the top of the house). :) All guests say that the place is small, but very well organised. Perfect for a couple. With your private terrace where you can set a private beach. :) Everything you need is only steps away.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

HOBIT'S PLACE at Punta beach

Attic small apartment with a terrace on the roof and a unique view over the whole Piran Bay. Located at the end of cape Madona, directly on Punta Beach, just 10m away from the sea. A special homely and cosy place with a terrace.

The old-fashioned house is suitable for families with kids of all ages, and of course, for bikers, cyclists, hikers... mainly for those who enjoy reading books alongside the carefree of the birds.
