Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for NOK 50 each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash kitchen utensils so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25 km away and Trondheim Airport is 7 km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5 min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.

Welcome to Skogrand, which my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summer house in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.
