It is surrounded by nature and handicap accessible from a roll in shower to no stairs.

This updated condo is near shopping, restaurants and bus hub. It is located about one mile from Utah State University campus. Features granite countertops, newer flooring, fixtures and stainless steel appliances with onsite laundry and swimming pool. The pool will open May 26th. At this time the pool heater is not working so it will be cold. The HOA is working on bids and options for pool heating.
