Guest house, approx. 50 m², a few kilometres outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.

The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

In front of the panoramic window with fantastic views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxing and socializing.

Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it's close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most of it actually!
