Our cosy cottage, built in 2022, with an impressive ceiling height in the living room/kitchen area and bedroom, offers a bright and airy atmosphere. The large terrace is perfect for both relaxation and meals with sunshine from lunchtime to sunset. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with a playhouse and a small sandpit. Close to a grocery store, an inn and Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk, with cafés, shops and art exhibitions. The lovely local swimming area has a jetty, and there are nice sandy beaches just a few kilometres away.

A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!
