The house is located on the same plot as the host's house. This guest house is located in the same building as the owner's garage (which is hardly used). Hall, wardrobes, and a small kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms upstairs, plus a living room with a wood-burning stove and a fantastic view of the fields and the sea. You also have a view of a pool, but it belongs to the host's garden.

From the house you have a panoramic view of the sea that is reached 100 meters below the plot (a road in between). The garden is fenced and is located on a corner plot. Welcome to us at wonderful Alfreds mosse where a beautiful landscape surrounds the yard with access to most forest trails for lovely walks or why not bike 3 km to Svarte and the sea. The house has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with 2 new double beds size 180 cm, one of which can be converted into 2 single beds. Mullbärsgården

Mullbärsgården is a beautiful Skånelänga from the 1800s. Carefully renovated last years. I live in this house all year round, but I rent it out for a few weeks in the summer. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a brew bath and Bongska house, restaurant, café and bakery. Dogs are allowed to come inside.

Skarviken By the Sea – coastal relaxation

Skarviken is an old fishing village, located west of Ystad. The property has a miles-wide view of the sea from all windows and terraces. Here you will find pure enjoyment and relaxation for the soul and time to hang out with family and friends in the company of nature's untouched elements.
