This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

Beautifully converted, airy hideaway near Whitby

Sleights is a gem of a village on the outskirts of Whitby and at the foothills of the Moors. You will stay in a beautiful airy converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa (there are steps leading down into the garden - may not be suitable for those with limited mobility). Guests will enjoy the privacy of the Hideaway with their own outside area. They can relax on the luxury Simba mattress that promises a good nights rest after a busy day.

The Studio

The Studio is nestled in the heart of the North Yorkshire moors, surrounded by rolling hills and lush woodlands. This cosy apartment is fully equipped with its own double bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and private outdoor decked patio. Sleights is approximately 3 miles from the quaint seaside town of Whitby, renowned for the gothic novel ‘Dracula’, its stunning Norman Abbey, and delicious fish and chips. This countryside haven is the perfect escape from the rush and stress of city life.

Romantic Whitby woodland studio

Our Treetops cabin is centrally heated, en-suite with a stunning outdoor space and fire pit, views through the trees, and sounds of nature all around. Treetops is one of three cabins set in 4 acres of woodland. Individually designed and centrally heated, Treetops has a double bed, a shower room, a kitchenette and a dining/seating area. We sell logs for the cute log burner. There is a small fridge, microwave kettle, toaster, hairdryer and a TV. And a two gas rings on the porch.

The Paddock village location close to Whitby

The Paddock is situated on the edge of the village of Stainsacre, just 2 miles from the heart of Whitby, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Town. Nestled amongst stunning walks, it is a fabulous location for walkers and cyclists being a stones throw away to the Whitby - Scarborough 'Cinder Track' and not too far from the 'Cleveland Way & Robin Hoods Bay. The local village pub "The Windmill" is a few minutes walk which offers good food and outdoor seating areas.

Also perfect for exploring the bustling fishing town of Whitby which is just a couple of miles down the road.

Moorview is a private one bedroom semi detached whole property with twin beds. Located a short distance from the North Yorkshire moors with easy access to the popular seaside resort of Whitby. Downstairs is an open plan living space featuring a fully fitted kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom. The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.

Periwinkle Cottage

Periwinkle cottage is a beautifully renovated property, perfectly located in the centre of the quaint village of Ruswarp but a short walk to the centre of Whitby. The open plan lounge, with comfortable seating, smart tv leads to a luxury fitted kitchen which in turn leads to a private outdoor space, ideal for lazing in the sun and Al fresco dining. Upstairs, the property has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other featuring a small double, and a family bathroom.
