Cozy cottage with an incredibly nice location in Kvikkjokk's mountain environment. Close to hiking trails, boat launch and the Tarra River. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, etc. The lower floor has a spacious entrance with plenty of space for clothes, a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed. All in an open plan. Sleeping loft with four beds. Toilet with shower as well as a smaller common room are in a separate building.

Open plan style with 3 bedroms, fully furnished, underfloor heating and air pump, good size kitchen, bathroom, stove and most important : a stunning view over the surrounding forest and mountains. On the property there is also a sauna with a wood burning stove and a relax-section, both with big windows to capture the view. Close to Jäckvik, where you find access to lake Hornavan, a super market, gas station, EV-charger, alpine skiing, hiking trails.

Nice house in Jäckvik - right by Hornavan, with room for both the large family and the smaller party; 30 kilometers from Luleå, 27 kilometers from Piteå, 28 kilometers from Skellefteå and 21 kilometers from Bodö. Jäckvik's ski lift is only 1.5 km away where you can go downhill skiining or use the crosscountry tracks. With Jäckvik as a starting point you can drive snowmobile or fishing in Hornavan and in the mountain lakes. If you like walking, Kungsleden does not pass far from the house.

Vuoka 1248 is the second part of our newly-built, so-called "twin" cottage. Vuoka 1248 and Staika 1794 are located in the same building but are divided into two cottages. Here you sleep four people but with room for five, when the sofa bed in the living room is made up. The cottage was completed in 2019 and has, in its 60 m², an open kitchen, bright living room, one bedroom, large bathroom and a private sauna. In other words, Vuoka 1248 has everything you need for a really pleasant stay!

There are also several Tesla chargers for fast charging of electric cars.

In winter, you are close to nice snowmobile trails, fishing, slalom slope with restaurant (5 minutes by car), ski trails. In other seasons, you have close access to Kungsleden where, in addition to hiking, you can pick both mushrooms and berries.
