Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.

Relax and enjoy the sea views from every room in this beautiful apartment! Or take a book to read on one of the 2 balconies… It is located on a quiet, cul-de-sac beach road, but an easy 10 minute walk into the town centre. From the balconies enjoy the uninterrupted, panoramic views over the medieval castle, harbour, and beautiful sunsets. (Regular dolphin sightings, too!)
