Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

Our Shepherds Hut newly built in 2021 sleeps 2 people and nestles nicely into it's own private space just next to the house, which is in a gorgeous rural location in the heart of Snowdonia national park. This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Nestled at the foot of Cader Idris overlooking the beautiful Mawddach estuary, Erw Fair is perfectly located for exploring southern Eryri (Snowdonia National Park. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one king, en suite and one twin) and would be perfect for couples looking for a quiet retreat. The cottage is within walking distance of the Mawddach Trail perfect for exploring this beautiful corner of North Wales. Barmouth is also 2.5 miles walk across the famous Barmouth Bridge.

Sŵn-y-Dŵr is located in the Snowdonia National Park and occupies a tranquil position in the historic market town of Dolgellau, renowned for its breathtaking views and scenic walks in the foothills of Cader Idris. The former coach house stands in private mature grounds, and is approached via a gated entrance and a sweeping gravel drive ascending to the property. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.
