Ampia casa singola immersa nella natura con vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla città di Belluno. E' perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza di relax o per chi ama passeggiate ed escursioni. L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. Appartamento di nuovissima ristrutturazione al primo e secondo piano di un antico palazzo. La casa, è situata in una zona residenziale e centrale di Venezia, in una corte molto tranquilla, lontano dall'intenso traffico turistico. Sarete immersi nell'atmosfera Veneziana! L'approdo, letteralmente a due passi dal portone d'ingresso, renderà facilissimo arrivare all'appartamento, da qualsiasi direzione, con il water taxi. Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale.
