Holiday rentals with lake access in Socorro

The accommodation is amazing, just perfect! Once we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the listing, much larger than it appeared in the listing. The house is clean with no bad smell or closed house, on the contrary it was very smelly. The 100% equipped kitchen, we do not need to take anything and we do not miss anything, we use baking sheets, sandwich maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in general. The atmosphere is completely safe. 4 cars peacefully inside the house, but at various times we left the cars out to enjoy the space better with the children and we were not afraid to leave the cars out, a very quiet place. There's a lake facing the house where we could fish and didn't smell bad. Pedro was very attentive at various times, helped us and returned the messages very quickly and at the time of departure, we had a problem with one of the cars and he provided support to us. Super recommend the location, especially if they go with children!

The Chácara is beautiful, exactly as described, the waterfall and the river that passes to the bottom of the Chácara is wonderful to enjoy nature. Very clean and comfortable space, equipped with everything the guest needs. The owners left pampering for our reception, super effective communication answering all the questions. They were wonderful days.

Espaço Riacho Doce is a nostalgic invitation to a more traditional environment of socializing, socializing and leisure with family and friends. Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

We had good times during the time we were on the site, you could rest and enjoy the family. We were welcomed very well, and we were pleased to have Jane, an indication we asked for and it was very nice to have her, a person who welcomes you and answers you with a smile on your face, and cooks well. A place to forget everything, enjoy and recharge.

We loved everything! The house is simple, but extremely clean, organized, comfortable, fragrant and ventilated. The yard looks like a work of art with a perfect lawn and an amazing view of the mountains. Perfect house for families who want to enjoy nature and rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. Another positive point was the care that Mrs. Heloíse had with the pool, extremely clean and heated. The house has a fishing lake and a vegetable garden as well. In short, we loved Mrs. Heloíse, she managed to make my family really feel at home. Our Christmas was perfect! :)

Couldn't have wished for more!!! The house is excellent - very spacious, well located, extremely clean and with all the necessary utensils, as well as great hosts. They offer the pond to pick up tilapia, in addition to the vegetable garden and the fruit of the trees. The site's internet is also great - I worked remotely and I didn't have any instability issues, including in online meetings with the open camera. The way to the house is also super quiet. Near the site has a market and butcher shop - less than 5 minutes by car. Hosts are always available to help and indicate potential tours or any other demand. The house is very close to Pedra Bela (30 minutes), a great place to know, for those who are interested. In short, there is nothing to complain about. Only compliments to everything we receive by going onsite!!!

The place is very tasty, new and complete. District served my family very well for the holiday. Cristina was super attentive and responded quickly.

Wonderful! I saw an evaluation before going to say that low cars suffer on the way, but they can go easy. The mentioned stretch is only 5 meters long, and even leaving the stay in the rain, it took me not even 30 seconds to pass (I have an HB20). There is nothing of suffering! The hostess is very helpful and, in addition, I forgot an object of value, which she made a point of sending me for Sedex – a cute one! The place conveys a lot of peace, and the check-in and checkout are super flexible. Voltaria more often! Oh, and it's very close to Pedra Bela, for those who want to meet. I recommend it!

We were very pleased with the stay. Very nice place, helpful staff, wonderful pools, both outdoor and indoor heated. Host Milena is to be congratulated. From the beginning, she responded to messages promptly and was very attentive. The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and the pool as well. I loved it, a more comfortable small apartment, it was clean, tidy and had bed and bath linen. Super easy to find. Super recommend it.

The stay at Marcelo's farm was wonderful! The house is super cozy, spacious for 8 people and has all the necessary structure for a perfect weekend. I highly recommend!

All great and as expected! The house is very spacious and well resolved, the very pleasant and cosy ambience. Good taste in the decoration and use of the environments. The place is really quiet and private. However a little far from it all, but as forewarned, no surprises. As it is surrounded by vegetation, the environment is quite humid and feels in the air, but this does not compromise the state of the building in anything that degrades the experience. Access to the dam is very easy and nearby, great for enjoying the bath on sunny days. Very good experience.

It was excellent! It exceeded our expectations. The hosts were attentive and answered our questions quickly. The house was super clean, and the bathrooms were very smelling! The house complete with all the utensils and still made available blankets and pillows super clean as well. The atmosphere is sensational, it was possible to note the care with the garden and with the place, we barely left the house because we enjoyed the property a lot. They left balls, sunscreen, games and fishing rods, which pleased us so much! The swimming pool was very cold when we went, the heating didn't help, but we were able to enjoy a lot anyway! The last day we were already thinking about coming back as soon as possible lsr. In short, all the compliments. We thank you and highly recommend your stay.

Located in the middle of a valley, surrounded by mountains, it has a beautiful view. Full chalet and well furnished. The beds are not so comfortable, but nothing to get in the way of the experience.

Wilson and Tata are Formidable People, True Hosts!!! We made a total difference during our stay, presenting with sweetness and affection all spaces, making us absolutely comfortable and safe. The outdoor areas are cinematic, delicious pools with natural and heated water, and you can enjoy it at all times. Grill and wood oven in great condition, always ready for use. We were greeted with pampering and even a fig tree ready to be accessed the night. Inside the house, everything impeccable and functional… In addition to all the beauty and warmth, we had contact with the animals that further enrich the experience.. our children and nephews were absolutely delighted with the possibility of having fun with all of them. And finally, we still had the generous offer and possibility and collect fruit directly from the feet… sensational!!! Thanks Wilson and Tata!

I went with my family to rest and our choice was certain. The house is in an extremely quiet place, with a lot to do. Carla was always available to answer us with any doubts we had, other than the cheeses and yogurt she sells that are delicious. We will definitely come back more often to rest. Would recommend.

We just loved our stay! The house is wonderful, very well equipped with everything we need household items, super comfortable and welcoming. Hosts' hospitality was impeccable — always available, attentive and extremely gentle. The horse “Chocolate” (name given by the children and welcomed by Paulo during our stay rsrsrs) was a separate attraction. We felt at home from the first moment. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!
