The site is in a very quiet rural neighborhood less than 15 minutes from the center of Águas de Lindoia. With a strategic location to explore several tourist attractions in neighboring cities such as Socorro, Monte Siao and Serra Negra. The space features a large barbecue area, orchard, two lakes for fishing, a swing and a hiking area.

Next to the house is a grocery store, butcher shop, fish market and a beautiful waterfall. The house is in a quiet, totally safe neighborhood. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH LINEN.
