Here you live centrally with the Södermalm pulse right outside the door, but still with a quiet and relaxing room facing a quiet courtyard. The accommodation is located on the 7th floor of a high-rise building and has a private entrance for an undisturbed stay. Please note that the elevator goes up to the 6th floor, and then there is a staircase to the 7th floor. Completely renovated and newly furnished! Warm welcome to this little gem on Södermalm with fantastic balcony towards the courtyard! It is a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. Bed of 160 cm and sofa bed. The apartment is centrally located but quiet in a house with an elevator, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area, there is the beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar streets.

The apartment is located in Sodermalm on a quiet backstreet but also only 3 min walk from metro, food shops, bars, restaurants and lovely parks. Very close to public transportations. The apartment has a queensize bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (120cm). There´s a small kitchen table for three and a wardrobe. Very fast wifi and Apple-Tv.
