Waterfront Retreat w/ Private Dock & 3 Houses

A unique and private waterfront retreat on Mörkö with its own dock and open water views. The property consists of three separate houses and is ideal for one family, multiple families, or larger groups who want space and privacy. The modern main house (built in 2017) features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and direct access to the water. In addition to the main house, there are two guest houses, both with fixed beds and accommodation for up to four guests each. Welcome!

The forest cabin is located at Hållsvikens Gård, near the sea with access to the beach. Approx. 5-minute drive from Bergs Gård and about a 2 km walk/MTB cycling through the woods. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Lake Mälaren is nearby for those who enjoy fishing or taking the steamboat to visit Mariefred or Taxinge Castle where "Hela Sverige Bakar" is recorded, they have over 100 pastries to choose from for those who enjoy visiting historic buildings and have a sweet tooth. Kayaks and rowing boats are available to rent for SEK 150/day. Café and brewery are available in the area.

The main building has a spacious kitchen and living room with a large dining table, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious bathroom and 2 extra toilets. In the small house you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, private kitchen and bathroom.

Along the road, a bus stops that goes to Rönninge center and train station where you can take connecting trains or buses into central Stockholm.

The building is on a plot belonging to a larger house that is not rented out while you are there. However, someone from our family may live there. A unique and incredibly cozy accommodation!
