The property consists of three separate houses and is ideal for one family, multiple families, or larger groups who want space and privacy. The modern main house (built in 2017) features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and direct access to the water. The forest cabin is located at Hållsvikens Gård, near the sea with access to the beach. Approx. 5-minute drive from Bergs Gård and about a 2 km walk/MTB cycling through the woods. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. The main building has a spacious kitchen and living room with a large dining table, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious bathroom and 2 extra toilets. In the small house you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, private kitchen and bathroom.

Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful home. The house is large and spacious with a large sunroom that has sun all afternoon. The conservatory is suitable for pleasant meals as well as for rest and recreation. Look out at the large lawn, the apple tree and enjoy the green surroundings. Along the road, a bus stops that goes to Rönninge center and train station where you can take connecting trains or buses into central Stockholm.
