The house is 40 square meters and has its own bathroom and sauna. In the room there is a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that serves as a double bed. Kitchenette is also available for cooking. Access to private patios with barbecue grills.

It is on one floor of 75 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture & small barbecue available. Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

I rent out two bright rooms on the upper floor of my house with private entrance and bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.
