Cozy, newly renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open-plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a fridge for brought food and drinks. Coffee maker, water boiler, microwave and two hot plates allow you to cook your own food. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dog, cat and even rabbit. It has nice walking paths in the surroundings.

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment for 2 people, completely private in the landlord's villa. The apartment is equipped with kitchenette and small bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the south of Lund (2km) to the city center, walking distance around 30 minutes. Excellent transport links both to Lund city center and to Malmö just around the corner. Beautiful park surroundings near by. Walking distance to outdoor swimming during the summer.

The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests.
