Adorable guesthouse by the sea

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. "Gummans" is only a 15-minute drive from Kallax Airport. Bus to Luleå from E4 (1.3 km from "Gummans"), fewer on weekends than weekdays. 5 km to shop. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport.
