From the garden house, you have access to a terrace with sun loungers. A 5-minute walk from the city center with many shops, 10 minutes from the beautiful forests and Soestdijk Palace. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the house in the woods (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Cottage on the Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is an attractively decorated holiday home in rural style.
